Gori vs Gareji

FC Gori is a Georgian association football club, based in Gori. Following the 2025 season, they were promoted to Liga 2, the second tier of Georgian football. The Kartli stadium is Gori's home ground. Established in 2015, FC Gori to this day retains the status of a municipal non-commercial legal entity. The team achieved their best result in Liga 3 in 2016 when they won the tournament after an unbeaten run during the entire season. FC Gareji is an Association football club from Sagarejo, Georgia, currently in Erovnuli Liga 2. They play home matches on Arsen Mekokishvili stadium. Established in 1960, during the USSR Gareji for many years participated in Georgian republican championship and later, after 1990, spent several seasons in the second and third divisions. A recent rise started from Regionuli Liga, the then forth tier of the Georgian league system, which Gareji won in 2018.
